Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is free on UK orders £25 and over.  There is a delivery charge of £3.50 on orders under £25.  Delivery on overseas orders is charged according to the destination country and can be seen at checkout.

Orders are processed either on the day they are received or, if that’s a weekend/bank holiday/after 17.00, they are processed on the first working day after they are received.  Goods for UK delivery are dispatched via Evri which usually takes 1-3 days.

If you wish to have next day delivery please request this at the time of ordering but it will be discretionary and cannot be guaranteed particularly at busy times e.g. December.  For larger orders over 7.5 kg an alternative carrier e.g. DPD will be used with deliver times to be advised.  All orders are sent with tracking about which customers will be notified.  If you have not received your goods after 7-10 days please contact trixski via email: tricia@trixski.com

A boot drier is an electric device with two leads that sit inside your boots and gently warm them from the inside, drying out damp linings overnight so you're not stepping into cold, wet boots the next morning. The trixski Electric Portable Boot Driers are lightweight, low-power dryers designed for ski trips and outdoor holidays, so soaked ski boots, walking boots or wellingtons are warm and ready to go by morning.

Wet boots are more than uncomfortable — they're a common cause of cold feet and blisters on repeat days out. These driers tackle that at source by drying the boot lining itself overnight, rather than just airing them at room temperature.

Key features

  •          3-step timer – set the unit to run for a fixed period rather than leaving it on indefinitely, giving controlled, even drying.
  •          Low power draw (12 watts) – economical to run overnight without a noticeable impact on electricity use, even on a ski chalet's shared supply.
  •          Lightweight (280g) – easy to pack in a ski bag or suitcase without adding meaningful weight.
  •          Compact and packable – designed to fold down small for travel.
  •          UK or EU plug options – choose the plug that matches your home country, then use a simple adapter (a standard shaver adapter works) when travelling.
  •          Versatile use – suitable for ski boots, snowboard boots, walking boots and wellingtons, not just ski kit.

FAQ

Will boot driers actually dry ski boots overnight?

Yes — the leads sit down inside each boot and gently warm the lining, which draws out moisture over several hours, so with an overnight timer setting boots are typically dry by morning.

Are they safe to leave running overnight?

The built-in timer lets you set a fixed drying period (rather than leaving the unit on indefinitely) and the low 12-watt power draw means it uses very little electricity while running.

Which plug do I need for a ski trip abroad?

If you're travelling from the UK, the UK plug version plus a standard travel adapter works well; alternatively, the EU plug version with a shaver-style adapter is fine for use at home.

Can I use them for boots other than ski boots?

Yes — they work equally well with snowboard boots, hiking boots, or wellingtons, so they're useful well beyond the ski season.

Will they fit inside tight-fitting ski boots?

The leads are designed to sit inside the boot without needing extra space, so they work with the snug fit typical of ski boots.

Are they heavy to pack for a ski trip?

No — at just 280g, they add very little weight or bulk to a ski bag or suitcase.
