Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is free on UK orders £25 and over.  There is a delivery charge of £3.50 on orders under £25.  Delivery on overseas orders is charged according to the destination country and can be seen at checkout.

Orders are processed either on the day they are received or, if that’s a weekend/bank holiday/after 17.00, they are processed on the first working day after they are received.  Goods for UK delivery are dispatched via Evri which usually takes 1-3 days.

If you wish to have next day delivery please request this at the time of ordering but it will be discretionary and cannot be guaranteed particularly at busy times e.g. December.  For larger orders over 7.5 kg an alternative carrier e.g. DPD will be used with deliver times to be advised.  All orders are sent with tracking about which customers will be notified.  If you have not received your goods after 7-10 days please contact trixski via email: tricia@trixski.com

A ski balaclava is a fitted fabric hood that covers the head, face and neck, worn under a helmet to protect exposed skin from wind and cold. The trixski Balaclava covers you snugly from the top of the head, over the nose, down to the back of the neck, sitting comfortably under a ski or snowboard helmet.

Key features

  •          Available in fleece-lined (Black, with breathing holes; Navy, without) for maximum warmth OR lightweight, quick-dry styles in Navy, Pink, Red, Sapphire, or Turquoise for milder days or high-exertion activity.
  •          Fleece-lined versions add extra insulation for icy conditions; lightweight versions prioritise breathability and faster drying.

FAQ

Will it fit under my ski helmet?
Yes — it's designed with a snug, low-bulk fit specifically to sit comfortably under ski and snowboard helmets.

Which version is warmer, fleece-lined or lightweight?
Fleece-lined is warmer, suited to the coldest days; lightweight is better for milder conditions or for those who tend to overheat during exercise.

Does it help with chapped lips and windburn?
Yes — covering the nose and lower face reduces direct exposure to wind, which is a common cause of chapped lips and windburn while skiing.

Can I breathe comfortably wearing it?
The Black fleece-lined option has breathing holes; the Navy fleece-lined version doesn't, so choose accordingly if breathability matters to you.

Is it only for skiing?
No — it also suits cycling and other cold-weather outdoor activities.
