Delivery is free on UK orders £25 and over. There is a delivery charge of £3.50 on orders under £25. Delivery on overseas orders is charged according to the destination country and can be seen at checkout.
Orders are processed either on the day they are received or, if that’s a weekend/bank holiday/after 17.00, they are processed on the first working day after they are received. Goods for UK delivery are dispatched via Evri which usually takes 1-3 days.
If you wish to have next day delivery please request this at the time of ordering but it will be discretionary and cannot be guaranteed particularly at busy times e.g. December. For larger orders over 7.5 kg an alternative carrier e.g. DPD will be used with deliver times to be advised. All orders are sent with tracking about which customers will be notified.
