WARM HANDS WHILE YOU SKI - a simple solution
Many of my customers tell me how cold their fingers can be whilst out on the mountains particularly if you want to take photos, adjust your boots or blow your nose! There are various ways to solve the problem but there is a simple twofold solution: first of all invest in some decent ski mittens or gloves. Mittens have the advantage of your fingers keeping each other warm. Either way you want to keep your wrists warm too, so a glove/mitten which comes high up on your wrist really helps. The second part is wearing a liner, preferably something fine, like silk, rather than fleece which can make putting your gloves over the top difficult. A good silk liner can make all the difference to the temperature of your hands. Try it for yourself and see the difference.
